Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our global Talent Acquisition network to leverage their expertise, address pain points, and share best practices.
  • Be the expert for SAP Successfactors Recruiting, leading rollout and enhancement projects, evaluating business requests, and tracking change requests.
  • Streamline the end-to-end hiring process, identify efficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Provide guidance, support, and change management for global initiatives that enhance candidate experience, reduce biases, and increase diversity.
  • Analyze the status quo of external talent acquisition vendors, develop a strategy, and introduce global vendor management.
  • Track standard KPIs for recruiting, analyze data in Power BI, and drive innovation in sourcing and hiring techniques.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, especially with the SAP Successfactors Recruiting module.
  • Strong process, data, and metrics expertise.
  • Passion for talent acquisition.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a talent to build up international networks quickly.
  • Assertiveness, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to integrate the view of stakeholders from various cultures, functions, and levels.
