Key Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment responsibility for commercial and technical positions, including applicant selection, telephone interviews, and personal interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set expectations and participate in final interviews, providing full HR support for the decision-making process.
- First point of contact for talent acquisition, identifying and approaching suitable candidates via various portals.
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to establish a talent pool and systematically identify future employees.
- Accompany new employees throughout the recruitment process and advise management and specialist departments on optimizing the recruiting strategy.
- Contribute to the development of new HR projects and initiatives.
