Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Development Manager to join our dynamic and multicultural team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our 3rd party marketing partners and driving traffic and sales to Exoticca via third-party marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate and Manage Partnerships: Negotiate rates and terms of relationship with our various existing marketing partners as well as source new, scalable partnerships to collaborate with.
  2. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaigns, product, and partner performance to optimize our planning strategy and effectively invest and monitor our marketing budget.
  3. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Work with other internal stakeholders such as our Travel Product, Marketing Insights, and Creative departments to manage and maintain our publications calendar ensuring a high publication intensity with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining a healthy ROI.
  4. Budget Management: Forecast and manage budgets and revenue performance for the Partnerships team.
Requirements
  1. 4 years of digital experience in leading teams to deliver ambitious objectives via marketing partnerships.
  2. Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations.
  3. Analytical thinking.
  4. Negotiation, commercial, and marketing skills are a must.
  5. Must be self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on, and results-driven.
  6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  7. Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
