Job Title: Cloud Sales Representative

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Representative to join our team. As a Cloud Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.

About the Role

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of success in cloud sales, who can build and maintain relationships with our SMB customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory
  • Develop and execute against a territory sales plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by analyzing metrics and data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy
  • Grow and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
About the Team

Our Cloud Sales team helps businesses start their journey to the cloud, and advises AWS customers on how they can leverage AWS services to further enable their growth. We work at the edge of technology innovation, and are focused on helping small and medium businesses transform through technology and build for the future.

Requirements
  • Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships, while expanding an understanding of the customer's business
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English
