We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead our Spanish organic growth and revenue strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies to drive organic growth
- Identify new organic revenue opportunities and grow our active user base
- Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract high volumes of visitors
- Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation
- Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors
- Set clear targets and ensure the team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on a hard- and soft-skill level
- Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Previous experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions
- Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, acquisition tactics, and CRM and customer journey management
- Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset
- Initiative and growth mindset, with a bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in the team
- Strong analytical rigor, with the ability to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives
