Key Account Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our team at Too Good To Go, a certified B Corporation dedicated to fighting food waste. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our impact across Spain, working closely with our Key Account Lead and a portfolio of prominent brands within your business segment.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Support key stakeholders and stores to effectively utilize our services, providing training to new managers and staff to optimize store engagement, improve performance, and increase supply.
- Food Waste Reduction: Engage key stakeholders and store staff on the importance of fighting food waste, ensuring stores are maximizing their supply to minimize waste.
- Store Optimization: Identify feedback trends from data and conversations with stores, escalating to key stakeholders to find solutions and improve store quality.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including mass updates for public holidays, ensuring store information is up-to-date and accurate, and reporting to key accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a Key Account Manager squad to achieve large projects, such as the rollout of new key accounts, and onboarding & training new stores.
- Account Management Experience: Significant experience in account management or business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous knowledge of Spain's Retailer environment, with a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phone and email.
- Negotiation Skills: Good negotiation skills to communicate upselling proposals to key stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Fully proficient in Spanish and English (C1).
- Passion for Sustainability: A genuine passion for fighting food waste and the contribution it makes to the climate crisis.
- Data Analysis: Good analytical skills, with the ability to work with data to analyze business KPIs and identify trends and opportunities.
