About the Role

At Jobs for Humanity, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts to meet and exceed annual quota targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new accounts
  • Design and implement a sales cycle to include lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development, and closing
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline within the territory
  • Conduct business in a profitable and ethical manner

Requirements

  • Proven track record in software sales with a focus on enterprise deals
  • Prior experience selling to executive-level decision-makers
  • Experience in the energy sector and familiarity with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
  • Strong contacts and references within the industry and territory
  • Ability to travel within assigned region
  • Fluent Spanish and English
