**Radisson Hotel Group's New Technology Platform**

Radisson Hotel Group is implementing a new exclusive unified technology platform, powered by Indra Minsait Hospitality and the SAP HANA Platform. This game-changing offering eliminates the need for a multi-system technology solution by creating one platform to power the business, knowing that every moment matters in action.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to assist the Hotels offering support before, during, and after implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the resolution of tickets during and after implementation for the duration of the Hypercare phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve tickets during and after implementation for the duration of the Hypercare phase.
  2. Lead calls to assist properties with bug fixing and adjustments in the system configuration, if needed.
  3. Ensure successful and timely delivery according to calendar and deadlines, including the handover to Business as Usual (BAU).
  4. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely resolution of tickets during the Hypercare phase.
  5. Support implementation teams during the go-live week, making any necessary adjustments on hotel configurations.
  6. Travel as needed to support the Hypercare phase, implementation, and task force.
  7. Guide and assist hotels after implementation: raise tickets, resolve issues, communicate with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner, provide guidance, and recommendations on how to use the system.
  8. Monitor and ensure the prompt and timely resolution of tickets.
  9. Assist the Above Property Manager as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
  2. Minimum experience: 2-3 years.
  3. Language skills: English and French as mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
  4. Required certificates: None.
  5. Required to travel: Occasionally.
  6. Location: Spain based, possibility of France based.
