About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Smb Account Executive to join our LATAM Market team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue growth for the company by expanding existing customers in the LATAM Region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing additional Semrush Solutions to optimize growth.
  2. Sales and Upselling: Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using the Semrush suite of products, delivering a value-based selling experience to our customers based on automation and customer behavior.
  3. Account Development: Work with a CSM to ensure high customer retention within your book of business, meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly activities to reach targets (KPIs, such as number of calls, connections, demos, emails, etc.).
  4. Product Knowledge: Work with a Product Specialist to introduce your book of business to and sell Semrush's newest product offerings, efficiently reaching out to 100% of your customer portfolio on a monthly basis.
  5. Forecasting and Reporting:
  6. Contribution to the Organization: Accurately forecast monthly sales and retention achievements to management, contributing feedback to the larger Semrush organization by utilizing strong analytical thinking, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in marketing, economics, or an acceptable combination of education & experience.
  2. Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in B2B software sales: prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, creating content follow-ups, & exceeding targets.
  3. Skills: Experience in sales methodologies, BANT qualification, meeting control, account development, & time management, excellent negotiation skills & knowledge of managing procurement, 1+ year of Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies, processes, positioning, messaging, sales conversion optimization, etc.
  4. Language: Native Spanish, good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Google Suite Knowledge.
  2. Slack Software.
