We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Smb Account Executive to join our LATAM Market team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue growth for the company by expanding existing customers in the LATAM Region.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing additional Semrush Solutions to optimize growth.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using the Semrush suite of products, delivering a value-based selling experience to our customers based on automation and customer behavior.
- Account Development: Work with a CSM to ensure high customer retention within your book of business, meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly activities to reach targets (KPIs, such as number of calls, connections, demos, emails, etc.).
- Product Knowledge: Work with a Product Specialist to introduce your book of business to and sell Semrush's newest product offerings, efficiently reaching out to 100% of your customer portfolio on a monthly basis.
- Forecasting and Reporting:
- Contribution to the Organization: Accurately forecast monthly sales and retention achievements to management, contributing feedback to the larger Semrush organization by utilizing strong analytical thinking, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Degree in marketing, economics, or an acceptable combination of education & experience.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in B2B software sales: prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, creating content follow-ups, & exceeding targets.
- Skills: Experience in sales methodologies, BANT qualification, meeting control, account development, & time management, excellent negotiation skills & knowledge of managing procurement, 1+ year of Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies, processes, positioning, messaging, sales conversion optimization, etc.
- Language: Native Spanish, good command of English.
- Google Suite Knowledge.
- Slack Software.
