About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategy Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Design Studios division, you will play a critical role in driving business development and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management
    • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and retention.
    • Manage key client relationships and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Client Leadership
    • Lead go-to-market strategy development and implementation to meet business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client goals, markets, and needs to inform strategic recommendations.
  3. Business Development
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and pitch proposals to clients.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform business development strategies.
  4. Teaming
    • Lead teams to define engagement objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish engagement approaches.
Requirements
  1. Education
    • Bachelor's, master's, or similar degree in design or a related field.
  2. Experience
    • At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment, with 2+ years of team management experience.
  3. Skills
    • Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
    • Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles.
    • Ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations.
