Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and Oversee Creative Process: Manage the creative process for game titles on the creative team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and Execute Creative Plans: Create and execute creative plans (briefs) that meet our strategic objectives, providing feedback and ensuring quality control.
- Brainstorm and Test New Ideas: Develop and test new creative ideas and hypotheses to stay ahead of the competition.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors and identify new concepts and trends that can inform our creative strategy.
- Performance Data Analysis: Analyze performance data of creatives and advertising materials to inform our strategy and optimize results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Creative Management: Proven experience in creative management or similar roles in the gaming industry.
