The Audiovisual Producer are responsible for end-to-end project management, management of client relationships, agency relationships while leading a diverse and dynamic team to deliver.
They play an important role in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery excellence of their clients' projects.
The successful candidate will use their superior problem-solving skills, a passion for production, marketing and advertising and a desire to learn.
They are highly organised and accountable leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate drawing on the expertise of Hogarth's resources and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: The key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agencies
- Collaboration: Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement)
- Process Management: Manage all range of projects independently, from initiation through completion
- Financial Management: Demonstrates strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house
- Professional experience in Offline, Online and 2D, 3D, audio & media production
- Knowledge of the whole postproduction process from start to finish
- Experience with data handling & assets managements, buyouts and formats
- Fluent in English to work with native speakers
