Audiovisual Producer

We are seeking an experienced Audiovisual Producer to join our team at Hogarth, a leading global content experience company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, leading a diverse team, and delivering high-quality content to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships, agency relationships, and team members to deliver projects on time, on specification, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness, trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement.
- Manage all aspects of projects, from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop scopes and estimates of projects, helping to translate creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables.
- Own project budget and tracking of all ongoing costs throughout the project lifecycle, reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolve budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors, and clients.
- 4-5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
- Professional experience in Offline, Online, and 2D, 3D, audio & media production.
- Solid understanding of production, post-production, and the creative development process.
- Knowledge of the whole post-production process from start to finish.
- Experience with data handling & assets management, buyouts, and formats.
- Successful history of project leadership to clients and account, with demonstrable experience in setting ability to medium to complex projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English to work with native speakers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools, e.g., JIRA, Sharepoint, Smartsheet, etc.
