Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at McCann Central. As a Project Manager for Global Creative Initiatives, you will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day activities of our Chief of Staff Global Creative by managing and overseeing key projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, utilizing project management skills to organize, track, communicate, and deliver solutions.
  2. Creative Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of creative projects, including scheduling meetings and catch-ups, and working cross-functionally with various departments.
  3. External Relations and Interactions: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, third parties, and industry associations, and be responsible for maintaining a database of internal and external contacts.
  4. Press Monitoring and Communication: Stay informed of relevant events that may impact the creative community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 in a similar role.
  • High capacity for planning, task prioritization, synthesis, and analysis, with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Goal-oriented (quantitative and qualitative).
  • High level of communication skills.
