About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at McCann Manchester Limited. As a Project Manager - Global Creative, you will play a critical role in facilitating the day-to-day activities of our Chief of Staff Global Creative, overseeing and managing relevant projects to ensure their smooth completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve project success;
  • Utilize project management skills to organize, track, communicate, and deliver solutions;
  • Regularly communicate project status and challenges to the Chief of Staff;
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and modify plans as needed.
Creative Projects
  • Oversee the follow-up on all stakeholders and schedule meetings and catch-ups;
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments and teams involved in projects;
  • Organize meetings, councils, and summits as required.
External Relations and Interactions
  • Frequent interaction with suppliers, third parties, and industry association members;
  • Manage and prepare materials related to industry association memberships and other institutions;
  • Maintain a database of internal and external contacts.
Meetings and Communication
  • Establish and schedule internal and external meetings, preparing necessary information and documentation;
  • Propose improvement alternatives addressing unresolved needs and priorities;
  • Monitor and communicate potentially interesting news and events.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 in a similar role;
  2. High capacity for planning, task prioritization, synthesis, and analysis, with attention to detail;
  3. Goal-oriented (quantitative and qualitative);
  4. High level of communication skills.
