Job Description

Job Title: Global Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Project Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing global marketing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and implement project management systems and processes to ensure smooth project delivery and timely completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers, traffic managers, and producers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and production teams, to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in global marketing project management.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language: English and Spanish (Fluent C2/Native). French is a plus.

Tools: ASANA Software, Project management Digital Tools and softwares, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
