About the JobReporting to the Head of Marketing Iberia, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion.
This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales and external vendors.
The Marketing Project Manager will ensure that projects align with the company's overall business objectives, are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
- Resource Management: Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for.
- Risk Management: Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management software, solid understanding of marketing principles, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and budgeting and financial management skills.
