In collaboration with leading clinics, institutes, and universities, we research, develop, manufacture, and supply dental implants, instruments, CADCAM prosthetics, orthodontic aligners, biomaterials, and digital solutions for use in tooth correction, replacement, and restoration or to prevent tooth loss.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Marketing Department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion related to our products/brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project implementation plans within the Iberian organization, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
- Resource Management: Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and changes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management software, and solid understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.
