- Campaign Execution:
- Ensure local campaign launch readiness and market compatibility.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing projects from planning to market launch and analysis.
- Act as a consultant to internal customers, advising on integrated digital marketing activities.
- Support local teams in the execution of campaigns based on marketing services.
- Team Coordination:
- Coordinate the marketing team and collaborate with other marketing operation teams to orchestrate campaign execution.
- Support the development and performance of the marketing team by providing guidance and operational support.
- Ensure the team maintains high standards of creative quality and marketing communication.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures along the customer journey.
- Implement best practices in digital marketing operations and project management.
- Support management in resource planning and budget management within projects.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact between Regional & Local Marketing and the global Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement team.
- Lead alignment meetings and support the planning and forecasting of digital marketing campaigns.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing digital marketing projects and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience in a global environment, preferably in the medical device business, is desirable.
- Certified project management training (e.g., SCRUM, PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Team-oriented attitude with experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate effective working relationships in an international matrix environment.

- Digitally driven mindset with a passion for technology tools and global digital marketing platforms.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Travel Requirements:
- Comfortable with up to 10% travel.
