Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Perfumes Loewe. As a key member of our Global Brand Team, you will be responsible for the global project management of all marketing initiatives, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and the prioritization of project requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve an agile Project Management system that allows for the efficient delivery of projects.
- Support the Global Brand Director and CMO in the prioritization of projects within the global brand team.
- Collaborate with other marketing departments, internal stakeholders, and local teams to build and execute 360 global projects.
- Traffic-manage the workload of the global creative team.
- Oversee the production of global marketing campaigns and content assets.
- Manage a team of project managers, traffic managers, and producers.
- Constantly improve the marketing operations system and process, striving to implement best practices from external sources.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish (C2/Native) language skills.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple external stakeholders and local teams.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in global marketing project management.
