Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an agile project management system to ensure smooth project delivery and prioritization of project requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Global Brand Director and CMO, to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Collaborate with marketing departments, internal stakeholders, and local teams to deliver 360 global projects.
- Manage a team of project managers, traffic managers, and producers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee the production of global marketing campaigns and content assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals.
- Develop and improve project tools and processes to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in global marketing project management.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple external stakeholders and local teams.
- Fluent English and Spanish (C2/Native) language skills, with French as a plus.
- Proficiency in ASANA software, project management digital tools, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
