About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at McCann Worldgroup. As a Project Manager for Global Creative Initiatives, you will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day activities of our Chief of Staff Global Creative by managing and overseeing key projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, utilizing project management skills to organize, track, communicate, and deliver solutions.
  • Creative Projects: Oversee the coordination of creative projects, including scheduling meetings and catch-ups with stakeholders.
  • External Relations and Interactions: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, third parties, and industry associations, managing memberships and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of internal and external contacts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule internal and external meetings, preparing necessary information and documentation.
  • Press Monitoring: Stay informed of relevant events and news that may impact the creative community.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in a multinational creative, digital, media agency, or consultancy.
  • High capacity for planning, task prioritization, synthesis, and analysis, with attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented (quantitative and qualitative).
  • High level of communication skills.
