The primary objective is to facilitate seamless project delivery, enhance collaboration across various departments, and maintain direct communication with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met; utilize effective project management techniques to organize, monitor, and communicate progress; provide regular updates on project status and challenges to the Chief of Staff; adapt quickly to changing priorities and modify plans as necessary.
- Creative Project Oversight: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and scheduling of necessary meetings.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with various company sectors involved in ongoing projects, organizing meetings, councils, and summits as required.
- External Engagement: Maintain frequent communication with external partners, suppliers, and industry associations, managing all related documentation and memberships.
- Database Management: Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive database of internal and external contacts.
- Meeting Coordination: Establish and organize both internal and external meetings, preparing all relevant materials and documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose innovative solutions to address unresolved needs and align with the priorities of the global creative community.
- Industry Awareness: Monitor press and communications for relevant news that may impact the creative sector.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity. Experience in a multinational creative, digital, media agency, or consultancy is preferred.
- Strong planning, prioritization, synthesis, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
- Results-driven with both quantitative and qualitative focus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
