Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project management or account management within an in-house creative brand or agency, with a digital background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project highlights to multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and within a matrix organization, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
- Drive and expect high standards for work output and behavior, demonstrating accountability, assertiveness, and dependability.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to drive multiple complex projects forward simultaneously.
- Experience managing internal creative workflows for multidisciplinary campaigns, with a background in design and/or production preferred.
- International travel may be required, up to 20% of the role responsibilities.
