ROLE SUMMARY At McCann Central, we are seeking a Global Creative Project Manager who will report directly to the Chief of Staff for Global Creative. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Oversight:
- Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project completion;
- Employ project management techniques to organize, monitor, communicate, and deliver effective solutions;
- Provide regular updates on project status and challenges to the Chief of Staff;
- Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and modify plans as necessary.
- Creative Project Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders, organizing meetings and follow-ups.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with all company sectors involved in various projects, organizing meetings, councils, and summits throughout the year.
- External Relations: Maintain frequent communication with suppliers, third-party vendors, and industry associations, managing all aspects related to memberships and partnerships.
- Database Management: Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive database of internal and external contacts.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are available.
- Strategic Improvement Proposals: Identify and suggest enhancements to address ongoing needs and priorities within the global creative community.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay informed about relevant events and news that may impact the creative sector.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity. Experience in a multinational creative, digital, media agency, or consultancy is highly regarded.
- Strong planning, prioritization, synthesis, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Results-driven mindset (both quantitative and qualitative).
