We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Global Creative team at McCann Worldgroup. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating the day-to-day activities of our Chief of Staff Global Creative, overseeing and managing key projects, and serving as a bridge between different departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- **Project Management**: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, utilizing project management skills to organize, track, communicate, and deliver solutions.
- **Creative Projects**: Manage and coordinate creative projects, scheduling meetings and catch-ups with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- **External Relations and Interactions**: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, third parties, and industry associations, managing memberships and other institutional interactions.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Regularly communicate project status and challenges to the Chief of Staff Global Creative, and prepare reports and documentation as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, and propose improvement alternatives to address unresolved needs and priorities.
- **Minimum 10 years of professional experience**, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- **Experience in a multinational creative, digital, media agency, or consultancy** will be highly valued.
- **High capacity for planning, task prioritization, synthesis, and analysis**, with attention to detail.
- **Teamwork skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Goal-oriented**, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
