Transformative Project Management Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of key projects within our Business Units (in Spain, Germany, Brasil, UK, Hispam) and will play a critical role in overseeing project delivery, governance, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure consistency across multiple business units.
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers, OB Product Managers, Product Managers, OB PMOs and GBUs Project Managers to ensure the efficient and effective execution of multiple projects.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, internal Telefónica Units and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely reporting.
  • Provide e2e vision of the project to identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring escalation when necessary.
  • Track project progress, ensuring KPIs, milestones, and deliverables are met. Regularly update management on project health and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on governance and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex project data and identify areas for improvement.
