- Creative Projects: Oversee the coordination of creative projects, including scheduling meetings and catch-ups with stakeholders.
- External Relations and Interactions: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, third parties, and industry associations, managing memberships and preparing necessary documentation.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of internal and external contacts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule internal and external meetings, preparing necessary information and documentation.
- Press Monitoring: Stay informed of relevant events and news that may impact the creative community.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Experience in a multinational creative, digital, media agency, or consultancy.
- High capacity for planning, task prioritization, synthesis, and analysis, with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented (quantitative and qualitative).
- High level of communication skills.
