Key Responsibilities- Lead regional business development and go-to-market strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Develop and implement holistic account strategies and plans to meet business objectives
- Manage stakeholders across accounts and implement process development and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with design solutions
- Develop and foster account relationships to drive growth and retention
- Measure and report on the impact of go-to-market initiatives
- Scope projects and propose design-driven solutions to add business value
- Lead teams to define engagement objectives and establish the engagement approach
- Bachelor's, master's, or similar degree in design or a field related to communication
- At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment, with 2+ years of team management experience
- Strong experience in key account management and client direction
- Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles
- Ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations
- Excellent English and German language skills
