Job Title: Creative Account Strategy Manager

As a valued member of our team, you will drive business growth and development by shaping and executing our creative strategy. You will leverage your expertise in design thinking and human-centered design to deliver breakthrough products that engage and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategy plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Measure and report on the impact generated by go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive account growth and high retention.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver design-driven solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead teams to define engagement objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish the engagement approach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in design or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment, with 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
  • Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles, with the ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
