About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Account Strategy Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group's Design Studios. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic design thinking and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design-driven solutions
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to drive account growth and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to process refinement and cross-team collaboration to drive business excellence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management and clients to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment
  • Strong experience in key account management and client direction
  • Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles
  • Excellent English and German language skills
