Creative Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Account Strategy Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Design Studios division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage key client relationships, develop and implement account strategies, and contribute to process development and best practices.
- Client Leadership: Create and implement go-to-market strategy plans, measure and report on impact, and develop and foster account relationships.
- Business Development: Collaborate on proposals, develop in-depth understanding of design-driven solutions, and articulate rules of engagement for Business Development and team collaboration.
- Teaming: Lead teams to define engagement objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish engagement approach.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in design or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment. You should have a proven track record in key account management and client direction, excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles, and strong English and German language skills.
