As a valued member of our team, you will drive business growth by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that leverage design thinking and creativity. With a strong understanding of our business and industry, you will lead regional design studios' business development and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business needs with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement holistic account strategies and plans with other design stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholders across accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to process development and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
  • Interface with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and identify new solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in design or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment, with 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
  • Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles, with the ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
