Key Responsibilities- Account Management
- Manage key client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design-driven solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and implement account strategies to increase client retention and revenue growth.
- Lead client-facing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that meet business objectives.
- Measure and report on the impact of go-to-market initiatives and provide insights for future strategy development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and pitch design-driven solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to inform business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Lead teams to define engagement objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish the engagement approach.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment.
- 2+ years of team management experience with a strong consultancy orientation.
- Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
- Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles.
- Ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations.
- Excellent English and German language skills.
