Key Responsibilities- Account Management

Manage key client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. - Client Leadership
Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies to meet business objectives.
Measure and report on the impact of go-to-market initiatives and identify areas for improvement. - Business Development
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver design-driven solutions that meet client needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and business development. - Teaming
Lead teams to define engagement objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish the engagement approach.
Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
- Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field, such as journalism, marketing, or communication. - Experience
At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment, with a strong consultancy orientation.
2+ years of team management experience. - Skills
Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles.
