About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategy Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Design Studios division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management
  • Manage key client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design-driven solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to increase client retention and revenue growth.
Client Leadership
  • Lead client-facing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Measure and report on the impact of go-to-market initiatives and provide insights for future strategy development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Business Development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and pitch design-driven solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Teaming
  • Lead teams to define engagement objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish the engagement approach.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  1. Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field.
Experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment.
  • 2+ years of team management experience with a strong consultancy orientation.
Skills
  • Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
  • Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles.
  • Ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
