Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, developing and nurturing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Maintain current commitments while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.
- Ensure profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
- Take responsibility for daily monitoring of the flow of orders through our systems, addressing and finding resolutions to issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency in English - any second language is a plus.
