Buscamos un/a ajudant/a de cuina per unir-se a la nostra equip de cuina a Caldes de Montbui. La persona seleccionada treballarà en equip amb els nostres cuiners i xefs per preparar els aliments per als nostres clients.

Responsabilitats

Les tasques del càrrec inclouen:

  • Netejar les cuines, zones de preparació d'aliments i zones de serveis.
  • Ajudar els cuiners i xefs a preparar els aliments rentant, pelant, picant, tallant, mesurant i mesclant els ingredients.
  • Muntar plats per servir-los.
  • Desembalar, comprovar, traslladar, pesar i guardar els subministraments en frigorífics, armaris de rebost i altres zones d'emmagatzematge.
  • Rentar els plats i els estris de cuina i posar-los a part.
  • Preparar, cuinar, torrar i escalfar aliments senzills.

Requisits

Per a aquest càrrec, necessitem algú amb experiència en l'ocupació (mínim 1 any) i que tingui una bona expressió i comprensió en català i/o castellà. Les competències valorades per l'empresa són el treball en equip i cooperació, la disposició per a un aprenentatge ràpid i el compromís amb l'organització.
