About the Role

At Sin Nombre, we're passionate about empowering short-term rental property managers and hosts to grow their businesses. As a leading company in our category, we attribute our success to our commitment to being a fantastic place to work. We're now seeking an EMEA Partnerships Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with Property Management Systems, Industry Associations, and other short-term rental industry partners to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive partnership framework to share with go-to-market teams, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Drive integration partner adoption and revenue growth by coordinating with go-to-market teams and leveraging opportunities for successful relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate co-marketing efforts with partners, ensuring mutual value and growth.
  • Establish a regular cadence for check-ins with partners and regularly report on the status and health of Beyond partners to the go-to-market team.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an operations or commercial team in a software technology company, ideally SaaS.
  • Previous experience required in the short-term rental or travel industry.
