Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Esports Partnership Development Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and generating leads, conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities, and develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
  • Sales Support and Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information, assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations, participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Pitch Deck Creation and Sales Material Development: Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks together with the Design and Graphic Team, collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.
  • Strategic Analysis and Market Research: Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies, develop growth strategies for new and existing customers, and translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Initiatives: Work closely with marketing and esports teams to stay updated on the latest happenings in the industry and the company, collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives.
  • Sales Process and Capability Improvement: Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training and mentorship, improve the sales team's capabilities and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Personal Skills: Positive and can-do attitude, resilience mindset, outside-the-box thinker and creative problem solver, hard working, outgoing and empathetic, active listener.
