Esports Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Sales Executive to join our team at Ninjas in Pyjamas. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategies to support our Head of Sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the esports industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day sales activities, creating compelling sales materials, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and prospecting: Assist senior sales staff in identifying and generating leads, conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities, and develop strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
- Sales support and client interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Pitch deck creation and sales material development: Design and develop engaging pitch decks with the Design and Graphic Team, collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients, and continuously improve sales materials.
- Strategic analysis and market research: Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies, develop growth strategies for new and existing customers, and translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role, proficiency in sales software and CRM systems, and ability to translate ideas into a brief.
- Personal skills: Positive and can-do attitude, resilience mindset, outside-the-box thinker, hard worker, outgoing, and empathetic.
