Job Title: Partnership Sales Executive

Job Overview:

The Partnership Sales Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Sales to develop strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a blend of esports industry understanding, creativity, and hands-on sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and generating leads, conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities, and develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
  • Sales Support and Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information, assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations, and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Pitch Deck Creation and Sales Material Development: Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks together with the Design and Graphic Team, collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.
  • Strategic Analysis and Market Research: Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies, develop growth strategies for new and existing customers, and translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Initiatives: Work closely with marketing and esports teams to stay updated on the latest happenings in the industry and the company, collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives.
  • Sales Process and Capability Improvement: Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training and mentorship, improve the sales team's capabilities and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate ideas into a brief.
  • Personal Skills: Positive and can-do attitude, resilience mindset, outside the box thinker and creative problem solver, hard working, outgoing and empathetic, active listener, adaptability, time management, teamwork.
