Sales Partnership Executive

Job Overview
The Partnership Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting the Head of Sales in developing strategies to expand our partnerships.
This position requires a unique blend of esports industry knowledge, creativity, and hands-on sales experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day sales activities, creating compelling sales materials, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and generating leads, conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities, and develop strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
- Sales Support and Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations, participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Pitch Deck Creation and Sales Material Development: Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks together with the Design and Graphic Team, collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.
- Strategic Analysis and Market Research: Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies, develop growth strategies for new and existing customers, and translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Initiatives: Work closely with marketing and esports teams to stay updated on the latest happenings in the industry and the company, collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives.
- Sales Process and Capability Improvement: Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training and mentorship, improve the sales team's capabilities and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Positive and can-do attitude, resilience mindset, outside of the box thinker, creative problem solver, hard working, outgoing, empathetic, active listener, adaptability, time management, teamwork, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to understand and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
