Job Title: Partnership Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Sales Executive to join our team at Ninjas in Pyjamas. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategies to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and generating leads.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
  • Sales Support and Client Interaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
    • Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
    • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
    • Participate in client calls and meetings to present pitch decks and support deal closures.
  • Pitch Deck Creation and Sales Material Development:
    • Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks together with the Design and Graphic Team
    • Collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.
  • Strategic Analysis and Market Research:
    • Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies.
    • Develop growth strategies for new and existing customers.
    • Translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Initiatives:
    • Work closely with marketing and esports teams to stay updated on the latest happenings in the industry and the company.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives.
  • Sales Process and Capability Improvement:
    • Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training and mentorship.
    • Improve the sales team's capabilities and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate ideas into a brief
