Mytraffic is a fast-growing company in the Saas B2B industry, seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer adoption and growth.
Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our clients' success and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex client portfolios, driving sales cycles, and expanding portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Adoption and Operational Excellence: Onboard new clients, build a usage-centric approach, monitor adoption, and proactively measure and follow portfolio performances.
- Account and Business Planning: Lead quarterly business reviews with Sales, recommend and execute account plans, and lead customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to CSM Team Structure and Customer Outreach: Drive cross-functional projects, team methodologies, and ensure automating success processes for client scalability.
About You
We are looking for a native French speaker with perfect English skills, who has at least 2 years of experience in a CSM role, preferably in Saas B2B and complex solutions. You should have a proven track record of focusing on client satisfaction, mastering sales cycles, and anti-churn strategies.
