Customer Success at Mytraffic

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Mytraffic. As a key member of our Revenue Team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, ensuring seamless onboarding, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Adopt and operationalize best practices for client onboarding and adoption.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and pain points.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and quarterly planning sessions with Sales.
  • Drive client advocacy through public speaking events, testimonials, and success stories.

About You:

  • You are a native French speaker with perfect English skills.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a CSM role, preferably in SaaS B2B and complex solutions.
  • You possess a customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of client satisfaction and portfolio management.
  • You are business-oriented, with expertise in sales cycles, anti-churn strategies, and portfolio expansion.
  • You are a team player, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
