About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for introducing new product offerings to existing customers and prospecting for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Partner with customers to implement best practices and provide education on infection prevention and control
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or chemistry
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
