Job Title: Country Marketing Lead Spain and Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Marketing Lead to join our team in Spain and Italy. As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability for our Can-Am off-road and Sea-Doo products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual Go-To-Market plans to support regional strategic priorities and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Measure and report results, manage marketing budget, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Advise and support dealers in building and executing local action plans to enhance consumer experience and drive retail sales.
  • Implement corporate marketing actions and assist dealers in digital transformation.
  • Maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics, create and share locally relevant content, and maintain media relationships and manage PR activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing and a strong understanding of the utility/agriculture/automotive/powersport/motorcycle industry.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish languages is a must.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
