Job Title: Country Marketing Lead Spain and Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Marketing Lead to join our team in Spain and Italy. As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability for our Can-Am off-road and Sea-Doo products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual Go-To-Market plans to support regional strategic priorities and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Lead trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, and CRM campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Measure and report results, manage marketing budget, and advise and support dealers in building and executing local action plans to enhance consumer experience at dealership and drive retail.
  • Implement corporate marketing actions, assist dealers in digital transformation, and maximize brand visibility through earned media tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on field marketing and a strong understanding of the Utility/Agriculture/Automotive/Powersport/Motorcycle business.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish languages.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
