Your Role

With esteemed brands such as Zumtobel, Thorn, and Tridonic, the Group provides a vast array of products and services to customers globally.
Position Overview
TRIDONIC is currently seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to enhance their successful teams. This position involves overseeing sales to OEMs of our LED components and lighting control systems designed for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute the global sales strategy within the designated sales region.
  • Foster and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients (CPD, EM, Solution Sales).
  • Present and promote the complete product range to OEMs.
  • Manage sales targets and budgetary responsibilities.
  • Anticipate future market trends and respond proactively.
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist in budget planning.
  • Challenge existing processes and leverage internal training resources.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with management and team members.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
  • A relevant vocational qualification in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience in a comparable sales role.
  • Technical proficiency with technology and electrical components.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
